Stefano Ferrari holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Politecnico University of Milan (Italy), a Master of Science in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (UK) as well as an Executive MBA from the University of Durham (UK) and the European Business School (Germany).
Stefano worked in international development cooperation for over 15 years, with particular focus on health and environmental topics.
In February 2014 Stefano joined management4health GmbH as Managing Director and Partner, spearheading the company’s further organizational, technical and professional development. Since 2020, when management4ecosystems GmbH (previously ETLog GmbH) was acquired by management4development AG (holding group), he has also been serving as Managing Director of management4ecosystems GmbH.

Filipe Camaño Garcia holds a Master of Science in Environment and Sustainable Development at the University College London (United Kingdom) and studied Business and Economics as an undergrad. During his studies, he has specialized in research on Urban Economics and transitions towards a Circular Economy.
Over the past 10 years, Filipe has worked in roles across the private sector, NGO and environmental consulting. He has successfully managed projects and advised operations in over 20 countries in East/West Africa, South Asia, Europe and Latin America and built strategic partnerships with key private and public stakeholders at UN (WFP, UNHCR, UNDP, WHO), Global Fund, Sustainable Markets Initiative, IFIs (WB, KfW, EIB), as well as local public stakeholders.
Filipe areas of technical competence include urban development, circular economy, environmental and social impact analysis, environmental policy, product life-cycle assessment (LCA), sustainability reporting, supply chain and procurement. Has is fluent in Portuguese (mother tongue), French, Spanish, English language.
Since January 2022 Filipe joined management4ecosystems GmbH as the Deputy Managing Director to manage, oversee and lead the company´s business development operations and projects. He is particularly interested in building strategic partnerships with like-minded partners who have sustainable development as their ethos.
Charlotte Ruddiman

Charlotte holds a Master of Science in Environment and Sustainable Development from University College London (UCL). During her studies she specialised in research on water and sanitation, renewable energy transition and ecosystem restoration. As part of her MSc, Charlotte contributed to collaborative research with the Sierra Leone Urban Research Centre, producing an actionable city strategy for an equitable renewable energy transition for residents of Freetown’s informal settlements. Charlotte also holds a Master of Arts in History with French from the University of Edinburgh, and specialised in colonial and postcolonial history, and French economic history.
Previously, Charlotte has worked in various private sector and NGO roles in the UK and Austria, building partnerships with private and public stakeholders. Charlotte joined management4ecosystems GmbH in 2022 as a Project Manager.
John E. K. Akubia, PhD

Dr. John E. K. Akubia is an environment and geo-information specialist with professional experience in mapping and assessing environmental change (land systems) and natural resources use and management from remotely sensed imagery, GPS mapping and geospatial modelling.
John holds a Doctor of Natural Science (geography & geosciences) degree from Trier University, Germany, and a master’s degree in environmental science from University of Ghana.
Passionate about environment and climate action, John is committed to leveraging technology and human ingenuity to contribute towards transforming the planet to sustainability. He has worked mainly in the higher education industry and international development space. He has over 10 years of research and development project management experience in the areas of land-use/cover change mapping, climate change & variability analysis, water resources assessment & modelling, agriculture and sustainable land management study, urbanization & spatial development planning as well as conducting environmental risk & impact assessments.
John joined management4ecosystems GmbH in August, 2022, as a project manager. In his role, he manages international development projects in the broad areas of environment, climate change and natural resources management.

Edward Tourtellotte graduated as Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Geneva in 2019. Before that he finished a BA in International Relations and Public International Law from the University of Geneva. During his studies, he specialized in post-conflict reconstruction in urban environments and settlements.
During his previous working life, Edward has worked as an International Consultant in Istanbul, Turkey, for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) on urban waste and more specifically Healthcare Waste Management, participating in the Monitoring and Evaluation of the “Reducing UPOPs and Mercury from the Health Sector in Africa” project by supervising the data collection related to the use of medical equipment in selected facilities. He has also worked with urban planning departments in Switzerland and has experience in countries like Turkey, Mexico and Pakistan.
At m4eco, Edward works as a project manager and is responsible for the projects related to urban issues and waste management working with several clients and countries in Africa and South Asia.

Jihane Lakhssassi is holding a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Management Science with a concentration in Sustainable Energies from Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, Morocco and a Master’s of Science in International Material Flow Management from Trier University of Applied Sciences, Germany. Jihane is passionate about concepts such as sustainability, circular economy, zero emission and life-cycle management. During her studies, she specialised in developing innovative, ecological, and sustainable technologies and concepts for buildings and systems.
During her work experience, Jihane has worked in Business Development Units, Operations and Maintenance, and R&D Departments with various sustainable technologies developers. Speaking Arabic, English, French, and Spanish, she has worked in different countries such as Morocco, Germany, Comoros and Oman and she is well trained to work in international teams and on implementing projects in developing countries.
At management4ecosystems, Jihane is occupying the position of project manager and is responsible for the acquisition and management of projects with different financing organisations, including the coordination and monitoring of multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. She is also responsible for providing technical inputs for projects especially in the field of environmental and social protection.

Dr Norbert Wagner is a medical doctor and specialist in Public Health with German board certifications in occupational medicine, aviation and emergency medicine, and diplomas in tropical medicine, radiation protection and diving medicine. He has a PhD in Occupational Medicine and Epidemiology.
He taught Public Health and Occupational & Environmental Health in academic programs in India, the USA and Singapore as an Associate Professor (Practice) both in classroom and online courses. After his work as Head of Corporate Medical Services in the global Department of Health, Safety and Environment at Siemens AG Munich from 2011 until 2015, he focused more on development projects supporting development agencies such as WHO, ILO, PAHO, IDRC, EuropeAid, KfW or GIZ.
The focus of his work is Public Health, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA). His work includes assessment of management systems for occupational health and environmental protection, Health impact assessments and development of emergency preparedness and response plans. Project countries included India, Pakistan, Indonesia, ASEAN countries such as Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, China, Namibia, Republic of Congo, Algeria, Tunisia, Tanzania, Rwanda, Nigeria, Dubai, Qatar, Morocco as well as Haiti.
Norbert is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a management system auditor for Occupational Health & Safety (OSHAS 18001, now ISO 45001), Environmental Protection (ISO 14001) and Social Accountability (SA 8000, now ISO 26000).
